2010 Senate Bill 1271: Prohibits using false ID's or hiring people who use a false ID - and provides penalties for such

To prohibit making or using false identifications to gain employments as well as prohibit employers from knowingly hiring individuals who are using false identities. This bill is being referred to as the “False Impersonation for Employment Purposes Act” and establishes the penalties for violating the act including jail and fines.   Official Text and Analysis.
