2010 House Bill 379: Eliminate the ability to contribute to the election campaign fund on tax forms

To eliminate the "check box" contributions for the election campaign fund on tax forms. Currently, this check box option permits tax payers the option of diverting $1.00 from the state general to help fund election campaigns for a party of the taxpayer choice. This will keep between $35,000 and $75,000 more per year in the state general fund.   Official Text and Analysis.
